At Bl{art}, each item is made to order, which means we do not hold inventory and cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters, and we're here to help if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the shipping carrier:

The shipment will be returned to our facility.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:
